No application is an island. Whether we like it or not, tying systems together has become the norm. Yet connecting software is about more than just exchanging bytes. As organisations move toward a service-oriented world, the real goal—creating effective business processes that unite separate systems into a coherent whole—comes within reach.

BizTalk Server 2006 supports this goal. It enables organisations to automate and optimize mission-critical business processes spanning applications, people and organisations.

Microsoft BizTalk Server has been designed for EAI and B2B e-commerce. BizTalk acts as a hub to connect many different systems through a central XML-based messaging and orchestration engine. Through the use of adapters, messages can be connected to the various systems, represented as different shapes below the Messaging box.

The messaging capability of BizTalk Server provides the ability for systems to communicate with a range of applications, ensuring that messages travel to where they need to go. BizTalk performs intelligent routing and the necessary transformations of data as the bits are on the fly.

Once our integration experts have installed your BizTalk application, BizTalk can be managed easily by your own IT staff. It’s the flexibility and manageability of BizTalk that makes it our product of choice.  And we're not the only ones who think so. InfoWorld awarded BizTalk with the Technology of the year Award for best business process automation solution.
